Dame Edna told to rest after surgery
Aussie comedian Barry Humphries, famous for his graphic symbol Ma'am Edna Everage, has been ordered by doctors to stay for sextet months.
The 73-year-old headliner has reportedly been forced to cancel a issue of shows and appearances due to complications followers appendix oR.
A spokesman for the Glasgow International Comedy Festival said: "He's going in for surgery this calendar week as thither have been complications."
